Club Account Criteria

   Gold Account

 

To become a 3Q Sports Gold Club account your will have to either have an annual club spend of £10,000+ with 3Q Sports or a minimum of x15 affiliated teams and use 3Q Sports as your sole supplier for Teamwear.

   Silver Account

To become a 3Q Sports Silver Club account your will have to either have an annual club spend of £5,000+ with 3Q Sports or a minimum of x10 affiliated teams and use 3Q Sports as your sole supplier for Teamwear.

   Bronze Account

To become a 3Q Sports Bronze Club account your will have to either have an annual club spend of £2,000+ with 3Q Sports or a minimum of x5 affiliated teams and use 3Q Sports as your sole supplier for Teamwear.

Club Account Benefits

   Maximum Discounts

  • All our club accounts will receive our top discounts regardless of the order value or quantity on all Teamwear from Nike, Adidas, Umbro, Prostar, Joma, Puma and Stanno.
  • 30% discount is the maximum we offer on most of our Teamwear suppliers, these discounts will be automatically applied to your unique 3Q Sports website club account login (see ‘Club Account Login’ below).
  • We do offer a bulk discount rate (see ‘Bulk Discounts’ below).
  • Please note that this maximum discount does not include equipment or footballs unless it is from one of the above 3Q Sports Teamwear suppliers.

   Reduced Printing Cost

  • Gold and Silver Club Accounts will receive reduced custom printing prices regardless of order value or quantity.
  • These discounts will be automatically applied to your unique 3Q Sports website Club Account login (see ‘Club Account Login’ below).

   Reduced Embroidery Cost

  • Gold and Silver Club Accounts will receive reduced embroidery prices regardless of order value or quantity.
  • These discounts will be automatically applied to your unique 3Q Sports website Club Account login (see ‘Club Account Login’ below).

  Free Embroidery Badge Set Up

  • Gold Club Accounts will receive free of charge set-up on their club badge.

   Free Delivery on all orders

  • Gold Club Accounts will receive free delivery on all orders placed regardless of order value or quantity.

   Free Online Club Shop

  • Gold Club Accounts will have the opportunity to open their own online ‘Club Shop’ which will be hosted and maintained on the 3Q Sports website.
  • 3Q Sports will give your club the opportunity to raise much need funds by reducing our cost/invoice price to you and allow you to sell the merchandise at a slightly higher unit price online. We are happy to reduce our margins to allow you to raise club funds as a reward for your commitment and loyalty to 3Q Sports, below is an example of how this would work.

Example: Baseball Cap – Club Shop selling price: £4.99ea, 3Q Sports invoice price: £3.75ea = Club profit £1.24 per cap sold.

  • Prices will be set on your online ‘Club Shop’ by you.
  • Your ‘Club Shop’ will be unique to your club and you will control who has access to it via your club shop login and password which will be allocated to you by 3Q Sports.
  • The ‘Club Shop’ will have any products and merchandise that you choose which will be Personalised with your club badge or club name.
  • Your personal 3Q Sports Account Manager will discuss with you what merchandise will be available on your online ‘Club Shop’ and will also advise on costings and RRP.
  • You will be able to run your own promotions and seasonal campaigns with help from your 3Q Sports Account Manager.

   15 day Settlement Terms

  • Gold Club Accounts have the luxury of a 15-day payment settlement from date of invoice up to a £1,500 credit limit; any orders over this require the balance paid on order placement.
  • If payments are not received within the 15-day settlement period then the account could be placed on hold and no orders will be placed until the invoices have been cleared.

   Bulk Rate Discount

  • All our Club Accounts will be given bulk rate discounts when placing consolidated orders, bulk rate orders will apply to orders of the value of £3,500 and above, please ask your Account Manager for further details.

   Priority Printing

  • Gold and Silver Club Accounts will be given priority printing on all orders, which will reduce delivery times during busy periods.

   Footballs and Equipment Discounts

  • Gold and Club Accounts will be offered reduced prices on select footballs and equipment.

   Online Club Account Login

  • All our Club Accounts will receive a unique login and password to the 3Q Sports website which will give you access to the site with fixed maximum discounts for Teamwear and set prices for custom printing and embroidery.
  • The prices/discounts given are for club accounts only and are the same regardless of the order value.
  • Gold and Silver Club accounts also have access to their own custom-printing prices, which will show fixed prices regardless of the quantity/order value.
  • You can login onto our website and will be able to obtain instant quotes 24/7.

  


Club Account Payment Terms and Conditions

Gold Account

All of our Gold Club Accounts have the luxury of a 15-day payment settlement from date of invoice up to the £1,500 credit limit; any orders over this require the balance paid on order placement. If payments are not received within the 15-day settlement then the account could be placed on hold and no orders will be placed until the invoices have been cleared.

 

Silver Account

All of our Silver Club Accounts will be able to pay for 50% of the total invoiced amount on placement of orders up to the value of £2,000. The remaining 50% is required on completion of order; once the payment is complete items will be despatched. All orders over £2,000 will require full payment on placement of order.

 

Bronze Account

All of our Bronze accounts are required to pay the full amount on placement of order, once payment has been received the order(s) will be placed.

 

Cheque Payments

All orders paid by Cheque cannot be completed or ordered until the cheque has cleared, please allow 5-7 days for payment to be cleared. All cheques should be made payable to 3Q Sports.

 

Credit Card Payments

All orders paid by credit card will require the card number, start and expiry date, security code number, post code and house number that the card is registered. Orders paid for by credit card will be processed the same day. Please note that we do not accept American Express credit cards.

 

Paypal

Sponsor Payments

All of our club accounts are solely responsible for the payment of their orders and if a sponsor or third party has agreed to pay then orders will not be placed until payment has been received, the 3Q Sports Payment Terms and Conditions only apply to the club and not third parties. If unsure of this policy please contact your Club Account Manager. 3Q Sports are not responsible for chasing sponsors for payments; this responsibility is for the Club/Person placing the order.
