Returns Form

 
 

You must complete the on-line returns form on the 3Q Sports website within 7 days of receiving the goods to entitle you to return your item(s) for a refund. If the returns form is not submitted within this time period (7 days) you will be subject to an administration charge which is 10% of the total value of the returned items. Acceptance of returns when the returns form has been completed after the 7 day period are at the discretion of 3Q Sports. 3Q Sports will not accept returns after 14 days of you receiving the items. If you receive a product that you deem to be faulty please complete our returns form giving details of the fault and we will issue a returns authorisation number.  


Please note that the returns form is not acceptance of your return/exchange.


Once you submit this form you will receive an email from the 3Q Sports Returns Department within 5 working days with confirmation of whether your request has been accepted. If 3Q Sports authorise your return you will be provided with a returns authorisation number and the procedure for the returns.

 

Goods cannot be returned without a returns authorisation number from 3Q Sports, items returned without a 3Q Sports authorisation number will result in your return being refused and any costs will be your responsibility.

 

All goods that are accepted for return must be unworn and in the original condition that they were sent from 3Q Sports including the original packaging and original labels attached, all goods must be returned within 7 working days of receiving our return authorisation number. If items are returned without the original tags or packaging 3Q Sports will not accept them as fit for resale and no refund will be given.

 

Please note there is a strict no returns policy on all base layer/under-shirts and bottoms due to them being an under wear product.

 

3Q Sports are unable to accept returns on any products that have been personalised which include printed and embroidered with the exception of a product being faulty or incorrectly shipped.

 

The return of goods is the customer’s sole responsibility and we encourage all customers to use an insured and tracked service to send items back such as Royal Mail recorded or Special Delivery.

 

Refund of shipping return cost is only applicable on faulty items and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). Where 3Q Sports have asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty 3Q Sports shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of £8.00. If the return postage exceeds this price, please contact 3Q Sports directly before sending items back.

 

If you require an product(s) to be exchanged you will need to return the unwanted product(s) and then reorder the replacement product(s) via our website creating a new order. 3Q Sports will refund the cost of the returned product(s) once received back.

 

3Q Sports never recommend garment sizes to customers only advise, some manufacturer’s state suggested ages/sizes, but children of the same age are not necessarily the same size. As a result, we always advise ordering samples prior to ordering a team purchase, especially on children's sizes.
