If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

a.   This website is for both quotations and orders, we accept online payments as well as PayPal. All discounts shown on our website are a guide only and 3Q Sports reserve the right to amend the discount dependent on quotation value (see 'Discounts' below for further details). 

b.   The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. 

c.   This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. 

d.   Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

e.   Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

3.    3Q Sports online website discount structure is based on teamwear products that are purchased on the 3Q Sports website and does not include custom printing, equipment and some items of clothing. 3Q Sports reserve the right to amend the quoted prices given if the incorrect custom printing is selected. The prices quoted from our website are a guide only and based on order value, we reserve the right to amend quotations to increase or decrease the discount given through our website, this will be applied on order confirmation. 

4.    A delivery charge will apply to all orders that does not include custom printing excluding footballs and equipment, this charge will be applied to the on-line quotation the customer has submitted and resent via email.




5.    All orders placed with 3Q Sports must be sent by our website online quotation system or email. We do not take verbal orders over the telephone unless both parties are in agreement.

6.    All requirements for custom printing and embroidery (i.e. players initials, squad numbers, shirt numbers, sponsor logos, badges and any other printing requests) must be emailed, or posted by the customer.

7.    Custom printing details will not be taken verbally unless agreed by both parties in writing.

8.    3Q Sports sales members are instructed not to take telephone orders or customisation details at any point. All contact should be made via email for traceability for both parties.




9.    All prices quoted by 3Q Sports include VAT, junior sizes do not include VAT although XL-Boys sizes from 3Q Sports suppliers are subject to VAT where applicable by 3Q Sports Supplier.




10. On placing an order you agree to make a payment to 3Q Sports Teamwear Limited for the goods being supplied.

    By making payment to 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd., you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions.

11. Payment for all orders placed with 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd will need to be received before 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd will process the order, this does not include Club Accounts who have a 15 day settlement period. Payment can be made by on-line payment, credit card, cheque, cash, bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal.

12. Please note that cheques and (BACS) require 3-5 days to clear our bank.3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd will not process your order until clearance is received from our bank.

13. Cheques that are returned by 3Q Sports bank will be subject to a £10 administration charge. If you are paying by bank transfer (BACS) our bank details will be on the bottom of the invoice and you should include your 3Q order number as the reference. If no order number reference is added with the payment this can cause delays for our accounts to locate the order, in most cases we are unable to match up and will await the payee to contact us.

14. Orders placed by credit card over the telephone will require the following details to be given: card number, expiry date, start date, issue number (if applicable), three digit security number, house number and post code where the card is registered to. Deliveries will only be made to the cardholders address unless agreed by 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd. We do not accept American Express credit cards although we do accept most other credit cards, 3Q Sports will advise the customer if the card used is not acceptable.

15. Credit/Debit Card payment declined transactions will result in the money being held by your bank. 3Q Sports payment will tell you the transaction was declined, and your bank is telling you it has been approved. Yes, your bank approved the transaction but 3Q Sports merchant's payment gateway declined the transaction so the entire transaction was declined even though your bank approved it. 3Q Sports merchant's payment gateway has security settings which may have triggered a decline such as address and postcode code verification. It is the way the banks operate, so it's not your fault nor 3Q Sports fault. 3Q Sports cannot remove the charge since it was never approved at our end, so please do NOT ask 3Q Sports to remove this charge. The charge will be on "pending" state, and the money will never be taken out of your credit card account but the reserve will be put aside so it will reduce your credit limit until the transaction clears on it's own within 2-5 business days. The bank will say "ask 3Q Sports to call in to cancel this transaction", but 3Q Sports CANNOT call in on your behalf as the credit card companies will not share account information with non-account holders such as 3Q Sports.



16. All purchases from 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd are despatched by either 3Q Sports specified Couriers, a signature is required for Proof of Delivery (POD) upon delivery to the address given by the purchaser when placing the order.

17. Deliveries that have been unsuccessful by 3Q Sports courier maybe subject to a further (standard) delivery charge if orders are not signed for after two attempted deliveries.  

18. Recorded deliveries returned to 3Q Sports will also be subject to a further (standard) delivery charge. 

19. All goods remain the property of 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd until delivery/signing of the order and full payment has been made.

20. Damaged cartons delivered must be signed for by the purchaser as ‘RECEIVED DAMAGED’ and the purchaser must inform the courier driver that they have done so, all damaged deliveries must be reported to 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd within 24 hours of delivery. 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd only deliver to UK mainland address and which does not include Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.

21. If you believe there to be a shortage in your delivery, incorrect items received or non delivery of item(s) sent direct from 3Q Sports or a 3Q Sports supplier please notify us within 2 working days of receiving your delivery.

22. All of 3Q Sports orders shipped from our premises are communicated via SMS text and email. 3Q Sports require notification of any non delivery within 48 hours from this information sent. 

23. Due to shipping cost and weight we only supply to UK mainland addresses. We can supply to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland but additional shipping costs will apply. 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd will amend any quotes that are not UK mainland delivery addresses and additional shipping costs will be applied.

24. Please note that when placing orders through our website and 3Q Sports advise you that certain products on your order are out of stock with our suppliers and you agree to wait for them to arrive we will only send one delivery for the complete order unless you specifically request part orders to be sent. If you request th an Order to be sent in parts a delivery charge will be applied for each delivery made.

For any out of stock items, 3Q Sports will always confirm any back order dates with the customer before proceeding with the order. This will be done by email. Back order dates given will be the dates given to us from our suppliers. These will be the dates that the supplier expect to receive the items back in to stock. These dates will rely on the supplier receiving the items from their manufacturer in time. Any delays from the supplier’s manufacturer will be out of our control. By agreeing to any back order dates and confirming that the order is okay to proceed, you adhere to the fact that there may be a possibility of a delay from our supplier. If in doubt, please contact the 3Q Sales Team to get more information on this.




25. Please note that all sizes and colours shown on the 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd website are a guide only, if you need clarification or confirmation of exact sizes, colours and fit type of products please contact a member of our sales team. Sizes, colours and fit type may vary between suppliers used by 3Q Sports.

26. Please note that some sizes stated on our website can be European or US sizes, 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd have used these sizes and converted to UK sizes as a guide, if unsure on UK sizes please contact a member of the 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd Sales Team.

27. Please note that colours may vary from images shown on the 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd website and 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd use standard colours as a guide, if unsure about exact colours please contact a member of the 3Q Sports Sales Team for clarification.

28. 3Q Sports do not take responsibility for customised products ordered that when received are the incorrect size or colour unless the customers has requested exact sizes and colours in writing and the customer has been given written confirmation by 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd on sizing and colours. 3Q Sports sales members can give advise on sizing of clothing, however, 3Q sports are not responsible for giving the final decision on sizes you require. All ages and size are given to fit as an average and we can only give what an average aged person is, it is the customers responsibility to gather all sizes of every individual person requiring clothing. 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd never recommend garment sizes to customers only advise, some manufacturer’s state suggested ages/sizes, but children of the same age are not necessarily the same size. As a result, we always advise ordering samples prior to ordering a team purchase, especially on children's sizes.

29. It is the customers final decision on sizing and 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd cannot be held accountable for the end result.




30. 3Q Sports cannot accept returns on customised goods. Please see below for further details.

31. Please note there is a strict no returns policy on all socks, base layers/under-shirts, base layer shorts/trousers due to them being an under wear product.

32. Please note there is a strict no returns policy on all “clearance”, "Black Friday" and “sale” items.

33. To return uncustomised items that are without printing or embroidery, you must complete the on-line returns form on the 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd website within 14 days of receiving the goods in order for us to consider your request . 

34. Please note that the submission of the returns form is not acceptance of your return. Acceptance of returns when the returns form has been completed will be at the discretion of 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd unless otherwise required by statute. The postage/courier cost of any accepted return will be absorbed by you the customer.

All return requests are considered on the following criteria. 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd review what items are wanted to be returned or exchanged as detailed below.

All return requests are looked at on a order by order basis.

We look at the sell through history  of the product as this a very good indication if we are likely to resell the stock requested to be returned or exchanged.

What is the garment current shelf life of the product(s) as shown by the relevant brand or supplier. 

What is the restocking value of the return.

Are the items requested for return or exchange a stock line held by 3Q Sports or have they been ordered specifically for the individuals order.

Are the items for a return being used within a new order?

Has the request for a return been made within the timeframe as per 3Q Sports Terms & Conditions.

3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd. do not accept returns of large quantities of un customised items due to the previously mentioned trade agreement: ‘By using 3Q Sports Ltd., you are agreeing you are a ‘trader’ and not a ‘consumer’.’ If you are unsure on sizes and colourways, we always advise placing a smaller order first to ensure that you are happy with sizing and colours. Please see our 3Q Size Guide section which has all relevant information.

35. 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd will not accept any returns after 14 days of you receiving the items.

36.  After you submit the returns form you will receive an email from the 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd  within 5 working days with confirmation of whether your request has been accepted. If 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd authorise your return you will be provided with a Returns Authorisation Number and the procedure for arranging the return of the goods.

37. All accepted returns may be subject to an administration and restocking fee equal to 30% of the value of the goods being returned. 3Q Sports will not refund the original delivery cost of the order unless the product(s) are deemed to be faulty.

38. Goods cannot be returned without a returns authorisation number from 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd, items returned without a 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd Returns Authorisation Number will result in your return being refused and any costs incurred by you or us as a result you  will be liable for.

39. All goods must be returned within 5 working days of receiving our return authorisation number and the cost of the return is borne to the customer.

40. Where an order is cancelled after the Goods have already been dispatched from a supplier or 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd the costs of returning the Goods will be borne by you the customer.

41. All goods that are accepted for return must be unworn and in the original condition that they were sent from 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd including the original packaging and original labels attached. Any defacing of labels on the garments or packaging will not be accepted. If items are returned without the original tags or packaging 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd will not accept them as fit for resale and no refund will be given. Due to restrictions on returning products to our suppliers we have a strict policy if you are wanting returning incorrectly ordered products. If your order is for samples for sizing or another purpose please note these samples should be included in your final order when placed. If you are unsure of what you are ordering please speak to a sales member for advice before proceeding. Sample orders are only placed on the proviso that the items are used within a future order. we ask that any order whether it is is for samples or for sizing or if you are unsure as to whether you will be keeping the products ordered, please ensure that ALL packaging is opened and not ripped. Failure to obide by this request will result in any item being returned refused. Please also ensure that garments are returned in the correct packaging they have been removed from to view.

42. We do not guarantee colours on any for the goods supplied by brand manufacturer. Every effort is made by the brand manufacturer to ensure matching colours across ranges and style of garments. There maybe a variation from one batch of stock to another, or a variance in fabric which unfortunately is out of the brand and 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd’s control.

43. Goods purchased from 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd are of good satisfactory quality and are fit for their intended purpose in all material respects. A warranty does not apply to any defect with goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, If you use the goods in a way that is deemed wilful and you fail to use the product it was intended use. Any alteration or repair you carry out without our prior written approval will be done so at your own risk. In the unlikely event that the goods do not conform to fair wear and tear, please inform us as soon as possible after delivery. Any fault request made will need to be completed with as much information and imagery that is possible to help resolve your issue. This fault will then be taken up with the brand. The brands decision will be final.

The above provisions do not affect your statutory rights. 

Customised Goods

44. 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd are unable to accept returns on any products that have been personalised which include printing and embroidery.

45  3Q Sports will review cases where a product is faulty or damaged, this will include the garment or item alone and not include the customisation of the garments.

46. Any issues with printing or embroidery that is different to what has been approved, or, a defect is present on the printing or embroidery. In these cases please contact your 3Q Sports sales member and they will aim to sort this is issue. 3Q Sports hold the right to amend the defected printing or embroidery, if this fails then 3Q Sports will replace the defected item.

47. In rare cases where an item is no longer available 3Q Sports will offer an alternative product or refund this defected item via the payment method provided.

48. The return of goods is the customer’s sole responsibility and we encourage all customers to use an insured and tracked service to send items back such as Royal Mail recorded or Special Delivery.

49. Refund of shipping return cost is only applicable on faulty items and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). Where 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd have asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty 3Q Sports shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of £8.00. If the return postage exceeds this price, please contact 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd directly before sending items back.



50. Please note that we charge a one off set up charge for new embroidered badges, this cost covers the initial set up of the badge and cottons required to meet the design of the badge. The badge design remains the property of 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd at all time. Printed badges incur no set up charge for badges that are of high quality or in a design format, if 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd have to redesign the badge for use on a order then there will be a redesign fee for this to be done.




51. This privacy policy sets out how 3Q SPORTS uses and protects any information that you give 3Q SPORTS when you use this website, we will also cover the new GDPR updates that have been brought in as of the 25 May 2018.


52. 3Q SPORTS TEAMWEAR LTD are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.


53. 3Q SPORTS TEAMWEAR LTD may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 25 May 2018.

d.    Address details are provided to us for goods to be shipped to you. We will load your address details into our courier system to produce a label and deliver goods to you that you have purchased.

How we use cookies

In order to do this you can now login to your online account and choose the data you want to share with us. If you do not want any information stored on our site then you can request to have this deleted, our IT GDPR team will arrange this deletion and confirm back to you
