Best ways to send us Customisation details/Orders:

We understand that customised orders are complex. Many customers also email in their quote/order request and prefer to do it this way. To help structure and simplify this – we’ve put together some tips/requests when sending customised orders in to us.
 
Following the below guide will help our sales team get back to enquiries as quickly as possible – as well as provide our production staff with a consistent template when producing your order.
 
BY EMAIL
The simplest way to send info. over is to list products with customisation – ensuring to summarise PRODUCTS:
 
  • Split enquiry on a ‘per item’ basis.
    • When you have multiple items per ‘player’ or individual – it’s easier to summarise the product totals.
    • As opposed to sending the individual’s totals/requirements.
 
  • Include product codes where possible.
    • All product codes are listed on our site (image – with code circled).
    • This allows quick entry for our staff when setting up quotes – which can help speed up response times in busy periods.
 
  • Outline customisation required for each item.
    • When our sales staff set up quotes – we need to know the customisation per product.
    • Outlining this in a simple way with each product is easy for us to set up quotes.
    • Include logos in the email if possible – means we have the logos ready and can create visuals of how the items will look in our response.  
 
So the easiest way to do this would be:
    • List products (with codes).
    • Provide customisation info. - per product.
    • Summarise quantities – per product.
 
FOR EXAMPLE – A quote requiring a kit and some ¼ zips listed below.

  • Printed Shirt numbers on back (listed next to sizes).
  • Sizes/numbers required:  
    • Small x 5 – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
    • Medium x 3 – 6, 7, 8
    • Large x 5 – 9, 10, 11, 12, 14
    • XL x 2 – 15, 16

  • No customisation needed on these.
    • Small x 5

GK Kit:

¼ ZIPS:

NOTE – We have different number fonts available – Click Here. If you know these, please add this info. but its not essential for us to be able to provide a quote. If not mentioned, we’ll select ‘British’ font.
 
BY SPREADSHEET
  • Many customers also like to send in a spreadsheet when requesting a quote/order.
  • The above guidelines still apply – so please bear this in mind if creating your own spreadsheet to send in to us.
